Meet the developer
Hi, I'm Yannick. I built Journal Jar because the family journaling apps out there were either far too complicated to use or couldn't offer proper data protection.
My wife and I have been using Journal Jar since 2025 to hold on to the things we experience together.
Now we're expecting a baby in September 2026, and Journal Jar is growing with us: we created a collection of its own for the pregnancy and invited our parents and siblings, so they can be part of our journey from afar.
